where you enter and store data into a secured account as well as Pocket PC's or
Smartphones which the technician uses to input information. Once the information
is entered, it is uploaded to the server and made available.

A.) Data is stored indefinitely and backup up to ensure you never
lose customer data.

A.) The data is stored on our servers for several reasons. First,
the server has multiple internet connection and redundant power sources. This
ensures that your data will always be available for you and your customers.
Secondly, it allows us to ensure maximum security of your data by implementing the

by backing up your data on routine and tested basis. Lastly, in case of a
